Harlow Carr

Crocosmia × crocosmiiflora 'Solfatare'

Review Notes: Distinct from other Crocosmia in their beautiful bronze foliage, which compliments the sprays of apricot yellow flowers from July to September. An unusual montbretia providing a welcome cooling note in a planting scheme of hot autumnal oranges and reds. For best effect, plant in bold drifts in a sunny, sheltered site with moderately fertile, humus-rich, well drained soil.
Grows to 0.7m high with 0.08m spread.
Has been given the RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

Plant Type:- Bulb
