Aster novae-angliae 'Andenken an Alma Pötschke'

Review Notes: This variety of the New England aster is just what you need to cheer you and your herbaceous border up in early autumn. Forming fine clumps of light green and slightly hairy foliage, the tops of its branched stems erupt into vivid lipstick-pink daisy flowers.
Likes full sun, and soil to be well-drained/light, Clay/heavy, Chalky/alkaline.
Height: 120cm, Spread: 60cm.
Time to divide plants: March to April.
